What does a built-in outdoor kitchen actually need?
The part we build is the structure: the grill island shell, stone or stucco finish, countertops, storage, and the patio it sits on, all on a base compacted for Carolina clay so it does not shift under the weight of the stone. That is real hardscape and masonry work, and it is what we do.
Gas lines and dedicated electrical for grills, refrigerators, or lighting are plumbing and electrical trade work, which we do not self-perform. Where a kitchen design needs either one, we tell you at the design consultation so you can arrange it, and we build the structure around it rather than guess.
