Our service

Springdale Property Services, LLC provides lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor services in the Charlotte, NC area. Quotes are provided per property and are valid as stated when sent. Work is scheduled on agreement and weather permitting. Residential recurring lawn care has no long-term contract and can be canceled at any time. Commercial maintenance follows the scope, term, billing, and cancellation provisions in its written agreement.

Automated assistance and previews

Some communications, document review and service preparation use automated assistance, including AI. Contact us if information appears wrong or you want human help. Springdale remains responsible for its service; automated preparation does not change the scope or price you agreed to.

Illustrative or AI-generated previews show a proposed appearance. They do not establish measurements, a technical diagnosis, or a guaranteed finished result. Your accepted proposal defines the work, exclusions and payment terms. Diagnostic work and any proposed remedy are distinct unless the accepted scope states otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each accepted quote and payment page. One-time projects typically collect a deposit at acceptance with the balance due at completion; recurring services bill monthly or per visit as agreed.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number through our website or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Springdale Property Services about your request and your service, including quote replies, scheduling updates, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled.

Liability

We are insured and stand behind our work. Our liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
