Our service

Springdale Property Services, LLC provides lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor services in the Charlotte, NC area. Quotes are provided per property and are valid as stated when sent. Work is scheduled on agreement and weather permitting. Recurring services have no contracts and can be canceled at any time.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice. One-time projects typically collect a deposit at acceptance with the balance due at completion; recurring services bill monthly or per visit as agreed.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number through our website or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Springdale Property Services about your request and your service, including quote replies, scheduling updates, and invoices. We are insured and stand behind our work. Our liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
