What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, property address, the services you are interested in, and any notes or photos, videos, documents and recordings you send. We retain service communications, including recorded business calls and transcripts where available. Our website also uses analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site.

For portal accounts, we keep login and security records, including passkey public keys and credential identifiers, to protect account access. Your device or password manager handles biometric verification. We do not receive your fingerprint, face scan, or passkey private key.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, provide payment links and receipts, and communicate with you about your service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third party marketing lists.

Automated assistance and AI

We use automated tools, including AI-assisted services, to organize communications and property information, interpret documents and images, prepare service options and draft replies, and help coordinate work. Relevant information may be processed by providers supporting those tasks, including Anthropic. We also review service records, corrections and supported costs to improve our estimates and operations. This does not mean that every message or draft is personally written by the owner.

Springdale remains responsible for its service. You can call or text us to ask for human help or correct information. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your service.

Calls and service media

Business calls may be recorded and transcribed to preserve service details and support follow-up. Our inbound call flow announces recording before connecting the call. If you prefer not to use a recorded call, text us to discuss another way to communicate. Photos, videos and documents you provide may be retained with the property or job and reviewed using automated tools. Generated previews are illustrations, not evidence of existing conditions or completed work.

Website measurement

We use website interactions, referral and advertising identifiers, and service outcome information to understand which marketing brings useful requests and to improve the website and our advertising. Providers include PostHog, Vercel analytics and Google advertising services. Browser settings can limit cookies and local storage, although some site features may be affected.

Text messaging

When you submit your phone number through our website or text us first, you consent to receive text messages from Springdale Property Services about your request and your service, such as a reply to your quote request, scheduling updates, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that make our business run (website hosting, our customer database, our payment processor, communications and transcription providers, analytics services, and AI-assisted service providers), for the purposes described above. Our infrastructure includes Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Twilio. Crews performing work or preparing bids for your property receive relevant job scope, property address and selected service photos or videos, never your payment details. Selected files may be shared through expiring links; anyone with such a link can access that file until the link expires.

Retention and your choices

We keep customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by texting or calling (704) 741-9798. We review these requests and may need to retain records for payments, disputes or legal obligations.

Policy changes

We review this notice when our service or data practices change and show the update date above. A notice update does not itself authorize a new use of previously collected information. Where additional notice or consent is required, we address that before making the change.
